To assure a superior quality menu, owner Howard Hulford created his own import company which flies in only the freshest ingredients and delicacies from around the world.

 

Our award-winning kitchen features a different dinner menu every evening. The cuisine is primarily Continental with an innovative blend of local Caribbean flavors and specialties.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, hors d'oeuvres, bar drinks, and weekly beach party luncheon are included in guest rate.
