This is a traditional massage, utilizing a combination of movements, including long strokes and kneading, with light to medium pressure.

Body Wrap
In this invigorating experience, you are gently wrapped in a warm cocoon of unbleached linens soaked in fragrant chamomile oil. Dead skin is gently removed using a body brush, leaving the skin fresh and revitalised.

Shiatsu Massage
A traditional oriental massage based on a 5,000-year-old Japanese healing therapy. This massage uses direct pressure along the body's energy pathways to restore balance and well-being. The massage is done through loose clothing and without oils.

Sports Wrap
This is a deep massage alternating both gentle and powerful pressure to bring instant relief to tense muscles and sore joints and to enhance deep relaxation. Aches and pains from over-exertion simply melt away.

Reflexology
A unique foot massage using techniques of pressure, rubbing and pulling on the reflex points of the body to re-establish energy flow, promote relaxation and relieve stress. Excellent when combined with a full-body massage.

Fingernails are cut and shaped; polish is removed; cuticles are softened; fingers are soaked, oiled and massaged; and a choice of polish is applied.
